Family is at the heart of my work. I thrive on capturing the connections between family members. I love seeing the adults interact with the kiddos, and the kiddos play with each other. My favorite session are relaxed and fun, and are full of laughs. Family is one of the most important things that the good Lord has given us while here on earth, and families should definitely be treasured.
Large, extended family sessions can certainly be a challenge for a photographer, but this family was absolutely awesome! I loved the fact that they wanted pictures taken on the farm that has been in their family for 3 generations. With 5 kiddos (including a baby and 3 toddler boys) I had my work cut out for me, but we giggled and laughed, and the kids did wonderfully! They had a great time playing in the leaves, and I had a great time making a bit of a fool of myself in the process. 🙂
