Big Brother Adores Him {Cincinnati Newborn Photographer}

Little Colton made his appearance recently, and his big brother Levi couldn’t be more thrilled! This sweet little growing family session took a bit of work (Colton was more interested in food than sleep!) but eventually we got him to doze off for a very short while.

I offer two types of newborn sessions to my clients – one is more lifestyle based (like this one) and the other is more studio based (baby posed on a beanbag or in a basket.) I am often asked what I recommend, and when toddler siblings are involved, my answer is almost always LIFESTYLE! What is lifestyle newborn photography, you ask? Lifestyle photography focuses on the interactions between family members. During a lifestyle session, I use your home as a natural backdrop – your bed, your baby’s crib, the rocking chair where you hold your precious baby. Parents and siblings are a very big part of lifestyle newborn sessions, however the focus is still on baby. I do capture plenty of individual shots of your precious little bundle as well. After all, he is the star of the show.
