52 on Fridays {Dream}

Bedtime, all squeaky clean and ready to nod off…

But first, my oldest slips into a dreamworld all his own. He’s in second grade now, and is becoming a better reader (math’s more his thing. Not sure where he got that.) But he is starting to enjoy reading.

I loved to read when I was younger, I would sit and read, and read, and read. My favorite place to go was the library. I actually would get in trouble at school for reading under my desk while the teacher was talking. I had a passion for the written word. It was an escape, a dreamland.

I hope my children can find the same dreamland within the pages of books…
