This session is one of my favorites, the sweet Miss C, with her giggles and laughs and all the exuberance that a seven-year-old can muster, showing me her favorite places, the trail in the woods she helped her daddy clear. The special artwork in her bedroom that won a prize. The pillow on her bed that used to belong to her mother… I could spend all day in their home, following her around and listening to her stories.
Why are in-home sessions so very wonderful? They tug at the essence of what it is to be a family, they are home. Not just your house… your home.
