This adorable couple is expecting their first baby – a boy, due in July. I love these summery maternity pictures we captured for them! We met one gorgeous morning at Boone County’s Central Park – the arboretum there is the perfect place for natural light-filled pictures.
My maternity clients often ask me about props – I don’t bring a lot with me to maternity photo sessions. Not because I don’t like props (I do! They are fun!) I don’t bring along much because I really love to focus on the relationship between mom and dad and the new life they are bringing into this world… but also because my clients have found that when they bring along their own things, the images mean SO much more to them! So clients, please, feel free to bring along whatever props you want. We’ll work them into the session.
