Operation Love Reunited Sessions

I offer free sessions to deploying military families, through Operation Love Reunited.  There are 2 types of sessions, the pre/during deployment session and the reunion session and both are completely free, no strings attached.

The pre/during deployment session must have a patriotic theme. Family portraits will be taken, and I edit and proof 15-20 of the best shots from these sessions. I strongly suggest that the military person wear his/her uniform, and bring other items (boots, tags, etc.) If he/she has already deployed, we can use some of my props for a more general patriotic theme, or you can bring any mementos of your own.

After the military person has deployed, I send him/her a selection of prints to treasure while they are away. The session is completely free, as are the prints. The session + prints have a regular retail cost of at least $400.

The Homecoming Session takes place either during the ceremony or I accompany the family to the airport, and this is free as well. These images are not portraits, but rather a photojournalistic recording of your first moments together.  The family will receive 15 favorite fully-edited images, with a print release that will allow you to make prints or share your pictures online. The session and the disk is worth $400. (Homecoming sessions are only available on a very limited basis.)

For more information, please visit  www.oplove.org. If you would like to schedule a session, you can email me and I will help get you started with the Operation Love Reunited paperwork. Please keep in mind that I do have a limited number of OpLove sessions that I can take per month, as I have my own family and my regular clients to juggle as well. I am not compensated in any way for these sessions, by the OpLove organization or otherwise, I use my own time and resources to help lessen the heartache that comes with an overseas deployment for our military families.

A follow-up family portrait session after you are settled back into life is always VERY appreciated, but not required.
