This adorable little family just had their second baby… he’s precious. I got to snuggle him. And his big sister miss M adores him, as you can see here in what’s probably my favorite newborn/sibling shot ever. I need to show you that whole newborn session actually. Soon. I promise.
BUT FIRST. Before I post M’s baby brother, I should probably post little miss M’s first birthday photos. Because, well, it’s been a really long time already and they are long overdue. Like we’re talking 7+ months here. 😉
This park is one of my favorite in Northern Kentucky – it’s a little hidden gem filled with wildflowers all summer long and into the fall, and it was the perfect location for miss M’s first birthday photos!

I love cake smash sessions. It’s so much fun to see baby’s reaction to the sweet, messy birthday cake! This one was fun – Mom and I came up with a vintage autumn themed cake smash, with lace and loads of fresh flowers.
