I’m so happy to see clients come in for their baby’s newborn session, toting all the baby gear and a million outfits and all the fancy fresh diaper bags and newness. And yes, they are sometimes late because learning to navigate life with a newborn is tricky! But you know what’s fun? Seeing them come to my studio the second time around as parents of a little brother and sister and seeing the changes and how much more relaxed they are since they have more confidence. I’m reminded of when my own babies were little and I brought my second and third home and it was chaotic and wonderful and my diaper bag was worn and the car seat wasn’t brand new anymore but I at least new what I was doing.
The good news is that my studio in Sharonville is set up for new little ones – a changing station, a full bathroom, a kitchen with everything you could need for a new baby. So whether it’s your first, second, or seventh child, everything you need will be ready for your session.
This cute little sister was a perfect angel during her newborn session. I absolutely loved styling these photos in soft pinks and purples, the pretty colors and the florals are perfect for celebrating a new baby girl. I can’t wait to see their family grow and change over the coming years, as this little sister grows into her role.
