One thing I love most about senior portrait sessions is how each senior brings something special to the table. By the time they are seniors, each girl has developed her own unique personality, her own sense of style, and her own values and beliefs. She has already experienced so much of life, but yet there is so much life still left to live. It’s the moment of a new, hopeful beginning, as well as a time to look back at all she has accomplished and how far she has come.
Maggie was no exception to this rule. I love that she wanted to commemorate a defining moment in her life – her family’s move from another state, by bringing along some special items that symbolized both her old home and her new. The map and the books were such a special touch to this beautiful senior session, photographed in Cincinnati’s lovely Ault Park.
