Our family recently made a trip to Washington DC. It was so moving to be able to teach our children about the sacrifices that brave men and women made along the way, in the name of freedom, peace, and security. The kids are young still, but these lessons are so important.
Today is a day off for many, and a day of memorial for many more. Thank you to the families of those men and women who protect our nation. And thank you to those who have laid down their lives to protect us. We are profoundly grateful for your sacrifice and your families are in our prayers today.
