Sweet little Evie (love her name) was just a week old when I visited her in her beautifully simple midcentury modern home. Mom and dad and big brother were there to welcome her with open arms, and to give her all the love and laughter that you could possibly squeeze into that happy house.
I love photographing new babies and their families in their own homes because it is where they are most comfortable. The connections and the love comes so naturally at home. And of course, when preschool aged siblings are involved, fun and comfort is at the top of the priority list! This little guy was so sweet to his new baby sister, and wouldn’t stop kissing her little face. Such a good problem to have!
